My name is Robert Farrugia, I'm 20 years old and I'm currently studying for a Bachelors in Science (Honours) Degree in Environmental Engineering. I'm from the sunny and beautiful European island of Malta and I've always had a passion for cooking and for food in general. I enjoy making a tasty meal and sharing it with my family and friends :)

I created this blog recently to fulfil the lifelong dream of sharing my recipes and my take on others' recipes with the world. I wish to use this platform both to inspire and be inspired by others which want to share their ideas, comments and creations here.

My country; Malta; has a varied choice of traditional comfort foods which I'll be sharing with you here as well :P We Maltese love cooking hearty homemade meals using fresh and local ingredients. Our culinary tastes are mostly Mediterranean albeit we do have some British influences since we were a British Colony for some 164 years. In spite of the various rulers we have had in the past; our ancestors have also come up with original Maltese food staples such as pastizzi, imqarrun, ftira and much more...
